Salmon with Hoisin Glaze – Everyday Food – Martha Stewart

4 salmon steaks , 8-10 ounces and 1 inch thick
1 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp honey
salt and pepper

Heat broiler. In a small bowl wisk together oj, hoisin and honey.

Rinse salmon and pat dry. Season both sides with coarse salt and ground pepper. Place salmon on a baking sheet, lightly sprayed with Pam. Brush generously with glaze.

Broil about 4 inches from heat source basting once, until opaque in center, about 10-13 minutes.

DMV note: I used salmon fillets, probably more like 6 ounces, cooked for the full amount of time.

Serves 4.
