Coleslaw - Memphis Style

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp cider vinegar
2.5 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp clelery seed
salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
1 tbsp dijion mustard

1 bag coleslaw mix

Mix together the first six ingredients in a large bowl, add coleslaw mix. Refrigerate until ready to use.
